Feature Requests
Have an idea for a new feature? Whether it's a new timer option, a different way to save mixes, or something completely out of left field — we want to hear it. Some of the best features in Focus Sounds started as a single email from a user.
When suggesting a feature, it helps to include: what you're trying to achieve, how you'd expect it to work, and any similar features you've seen elsewhere that inspired the idea.
Sound Suggestions
Focus Sounds currently offers 90+ ambient sounds, but we know there's always room for more. If there's a specific sound you'd love to see added — maybe the hum of a specific type of train, a particular bird call, or the ambience of a specific place — let us know. We can't promise everything, but we take sound requests seriously.

Found a Bug?
Stuff breaks sometimes — we get it. If something's not working right, just let us know what you were doing when it happened and what device/browser you're on. Screenshots are a bonus but not required.
Helpful details to include: your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), whether you're on desktop or mobile, what sound(s) were active, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
Response Time
We're a small operation run by a real person, not a faceless corporation. That means every email gets read and answered personally. Most messages get a reply within 24-48 hours, though it might take a bit longer on weekends or holidays. If you haven't heard back after a week, feel free to send a follow-up — sometimes things slip through.

Focus Sounds is independently operated by Kevin as a personal project. It's not backed by a company or investor — just one person who wanted a simple, free ambient sound tool and decided to share it with the world.
